There are many components in coffee and the caffeine, diterpenes, and chlorogenic acids are the components that affect how the consumer feels when drinking coffee. There is a big impact of coffee on the cardiovascular system and the metabolism. Science Direct wrote that Coffee was found to reduce diabetes, liver disease, reduce mortality, parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders. 

Recent studies have shown that coffee is healthy. This is contrary to the belief that coffee is harmful and unhealthy. The reason that people have been misled is due to the insufficiency of clinical data in most cases of observational studies, reports Science Direct.
